摘    要:目的:探讨目前CT低剂量技术的最新进展.方法:从宽探测器的应用、探测器材质的更新换代、大pitch加快扫描速度及迭代重建算法的演变4个角度,阐述低剂量技术的原理、优缺点和发展趋势.结果:CT低剂量技术的应用,可以在保证诊断有效信息的前提下,降低患者辐射剂量最多可达86%.结论:尽管存在一些限制,先进的CT低剂量技术可以大大降低患者辐射剂量,并为更深广的诊断需求提供了可能

Abstract:Objective: To decrease the radiation for computed tomography examination and to improve the safety of patients is an important direction of the development of CT technique. Methods: We demonstrated the principles, merits and drawback and their potentialities of each kind of new low-dose CT technique. Results: With the new developed low-dose CT technique, patients' dose could be reduced by 86% without losing clinical information. Conclusion: Despite of some limitation, new developed low-dose CT techniques can decrease patients' dose dramatically and make more widely and deeply clinical needs possible.
