| Abstract: | The GE Signa 1.5T HD MRI machine has dual gradient technology and new EXCITE-Ⅱ technology, which provides ultra-fast reconstruction and exclusive propeller technology so as to increase image quality and scan speed. The gradient system has complicated structure, high degree integrated system. It is difficult to repair. There are two common gradient system breakdowns. One is scan failure because of Z-axial gradient amplifier prompt over-temperature and over- current, the other is scan failure after motion artifact in zoom mode while normal scan in whole mode. This paper briefly describes the 2 breakdowns and diagnostic analysis, finds resolution and concludes repair experience. It can serve as reference for concerned personnel. |
