| 摘 要： | 西门子PRIMUS_H型直线加速器为高能直线加速器,其在运行中故障频繁,先后更换过速调管、闸流管、射频源等大器件。在近年来的临床放疗应用中趋于稳定,但目前还因一些小故障的出现而影响对患者的治疗。对在治疗过程中出现的25号连锁(Vacuum over current current>15uA钛泵电流过流电流>15uA)、27号连锁(high voltage over current高压过流)罕见故障进行分析,以便及时发现、及时消除此类故障。

| Abstract: | Siemens PRIMUS_H linear accelerator is a high-energy accelerator. The accelerator of our department breakdowns frequently in its operation, tachycardia adjustable tube, brake flow pipe, rf source bulky of which have been changed. In recent years the accelerator has been kept in a stable state in clinical application, but may affect the treatment because of a few faults. The authors analyze the rare faults of 25 chain （25 vacuum over current〉15uA）, 27 chain （27 high voltage over current） so as to find out the such kind of faults and remove them timely. |
