儿童葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征30例分析

目的了解儿童葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征(SSSS)的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析30例住院儿童SSSS的临床表现、实验室检查及治疗过程。结果30例SSSS患者行创面分泌物培养,19例见金黄色葡萄球菌生长,血培养全部阴性。早期抗生素联合丙种球蛋白静脉滴注取得良好疗效,患儿均于7~10 d治愈出院。结论 SSSS创面分泌物培养19例见金黄色葡萄球菌生长。抗生素并短程联合静脉滴注丙种球蛋白支持治疗取得满意疗效。

Clinical analysis of 30 pediatric patients with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and therapies of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome(SSSS) in children. Methods The clinic features, therapies and laboratory findings were retrospectively analyzed in 30 pediatric patients with SSSS. Result Cultivation of wound secretion were performed in 30 pediatric patients with SSSS, among which 19 cases were Staphylococcus aureus, and the results of blood culture were all negative. Early antibiotic therapy combined with gamma globulin achieved a good effect, all patients were cured in 7～10 days. Conclusion For the results of wound secretion cultivation of the 30 pediatric patients with SSSS, 19 cases were Staphylococcus aureus. Early antibiotic combined with gamma globulin achieved a good effect.
