三例儿童麻风临床诊治体会

目的分析本地区儿童麻风误诊的原因及麻风诊断容易忽视的事项。方法采用计数资料的方法,对1985年2月-2015年12月荆门地区麻防记录资料和病历、麻风病年报表,全国麻风防治管理信息系统记录资料进行统计分析。结果 3例儿童麻风延迟期27个月,联合化疗后均治愈,无畸残。结论儿童麻风误诊的主要原因是麻风相关知识欠缺和早期使用抗生素造成的干扰,今后要加强基层临床医师麻风的鉴别诊断培训,做到早发现、早治疗。

Clinical diagnosis and treatment analysis of three cases of leprosy in children

Objective To study the causes of children leprosy misdiagnosis in local area and find out the items which are easily to be neglected in diagnosis. Methods The method of count data was adopted to analyzed the data, which extracted from Jingmen area record information in medical records, leprosy annual report and the leprosy prevention and control of management information system, from February 1985 to December 2015. Results Twenty-seven months had been delayed to make a definite diagnosis for 3 leprosy-affected children, although they were all cured with no disability by combined chemotherapy. Conclusion The main cause of misdiagnose lies in the lack of related knowledge and early antibiotics abuse, training of leprosy differential diagnosis shall be strengthened in clinicians to guarantee early detection and early treatment of the disease.
