感染性角膜病是我国角膜病致盲的首位因素,准确的病原学诊断是对其合理治疗的关键.随着认识的提高和各项检验及检查技术的发展,感染性角膜病的病原学诊断水平也在提高,但仍存在诸多科学问题尚待解决.本文就我国感染性角膜病的病原学诊断存在的科学问题进行分析,并提出相应的建设性策略.
