红鲫Sox基因的聚合酶链反应扩增

摘    要:目的 克隆雌雄红鲫Sox基因.方法 采用聚合酶链反应以特异扩增人SRY基因HMG-box保守区的一对引物以及扩增雌雄红鲫Sox基因(SRY-box gene).结果 雌雄红鲫个体均扩增出与人SRY基因大小相同的片断,大小约为220 bp.结论 红鲫Sox基因大小约为220 bp,且雌雄个体间无性别特异性.

Abstract:Objective To amplify the Sox gene of carrassius aurrams red variety. Methods A pair of premiers were used, which can amplify the conservation sequences of man HMG - box gene. Results The result of the amplification was that one band with the size, about 220 bp, which was equal to that of human SRY gene, was observed both in female and male Carrassius Aurratus Red variety. Conclusion The Sox gene of carrassius aurrams red variety is not different between male and female, and that is about 220 bp.
