小儿静脉穿刺的实践体会

目的探讨小儿静脉穿刺输液失败的原因,总结其实践经验.方法按照护理技术操作常规要求,严格按规程操作,对219例次静脉穿刺效果进行统计.结果共进行静脉穿刺219例次,效果满意152例次、不满意67例次,其中穿刺不成功需更换部位重新穿刺51例次,输液渗漏5例次,输液过慢8例次,输液针头脱出3例次.结论穿刺静脉血管的选择,针头的选择和穿刺方法是静脉穿刺不成功的主要原因.

Experience in Vein Puncture on Children

[Objective] To explore the reasons for failure in vein puncture on children. [Methods] The effect of 219 cases of vein puncture was statistically evaluated. [Results] 152 cases of vein puncture were successful, 67 cases unsuccessful. 51 of the unsuccessful puncture required re-puncture at another place, 5 cases were found leaking, 8 cases were over slow in liquid dropping, 3 cases were found with needles pooling off. [Conclusion] The major reasons for failure in vein puncture on children were wrong selection of place for puncture, unsuitable needles and improper puncture methods.
