车间空气氢醌接触情况调查研究

摘    要:目的研究我国车间空气氢醌(HQ)接触情况。方法以不同接触浓度下94名HQ作业工人(男49人,女45人)为研究对象,以不接触化学物质和其它有害因素的48名工人《男23人,女25人)为对照,均衡可比。对接触与对照同时作眼科裂隙灯检查、肝功能、肾功能、免疫指标、血液系统检查,并将调查结果输入 EpiInfo软件作统计分析。结果 HQ接触工人在车间空气浓度为0.442mg/m3作业环境中工作,为人体基本无害浓度。结论根据我国国情,建议HQ车间空气最高允许浓度为 05 mg/m3。

Abstract:Objective To study the exposure condition for hydroquinone (HQ) in the air of workplace. Methods 94 workers (49 male, 45 female) having been exposed to HQ of various concentration and 48 workers (23 male, 25 female) not having been exposed to any occupational hazards as control were investigated. Optic slit lamp microscope, liver function tests renal function tests, immunologic indices, blood bacteriological examination were carried out. The investigation data were analysed with EpiInfo. Results The results indicated that the airborne HQ exposure level at 0.442mg/m3 was not likely to obviously affect the HQ-exposed workers' healthy status. Conclusion Based on this study, it suggested that the maximum allowable concentration (MAC) for HQ in the workplace air should be revised to 0. 5 mg/m3.
