笑气联合利多卡因在人工流产术中的效果观察

目的探讨早孕妇女在人工流产术中应用笑气联合利多卡因的效果。方法选择160例初孕妇随机分为单纯笑气组(即A组)和笑气联合利多卡因组(即B组),观察两组的镇痛效果、宫颈松驰度、人流综合征发生率、出血量及术后3min自动离床率。结果两组间从镇痛效果、宫颈松驰度、人流综合征发生率观察比较,差别有显著性(P<0.05),B组优于A组。出血量及术后3min自动离床率无显著差异。结论人流术中笑气吸入联合使用利多卡因局部麻醉,效果确切,方法简便。

Study of the Effect of Laughing Gas Combined Lidocaine in Artificial Abortion

Objective To study the effect of laughing gas combined with lidocaine in artificial abortion of gravida in early pregnancy.Methods 160 cases of unigravida were randomly divided into group A(simple laughing gas group) and group B(laughing gas combined with lidocaine group).Observed the effect of anesthesia,the extent of cervical relaxation,incidences of syndrome of artificial abortion,amounts of bleeding and the rates automatically away from the bed 3 minutes after the operation between the two groups.Results There were significant difference in the effect of anesthesia,the extent of cervical relaxation and the incidences of syndrome of artificial abortion between the two groups(P<0.05).Group B was better than group A.There were no significant difference in the amounts of bleeding and the rates automatically away from the bed 3 minutes after the operation.Conclusion The inhalation anesthesia of laughing gas combined with local anesthesia of lidocaine has an exact effect on artificial abortion section and is easy and convenient.
