| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲型H1N1患者单核细胞检测的临床意义,分析其对甲型H1N1流感起到的辅助诊断作用。方法90例健康人作对照,对90例甲型H1N1流感患者血常规单核细胞及单核细胞百分率进行定量检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果90例H1N1流感患者单核细胞计数及单核细胞百分率均高于健康对照组,P0.05或P0.01。结论单核细胞数及百分率的增高对甲型H1N1流感可提供辅助诊断依据,是临床医生观察病情的有效指标。
