| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)对重度冻伤的治疗效果 ,为临床应用提供参考。方法 :将兔足制成重度冻伤模型 ,然后将动物随机分为三组进行治疗 :对照组、妥布霉素组和MEBO组 ,并对其疗效进行对比观察。结果 :MEBO对兔足重度冻伤的治疗效果即优于妥布霉素组 (P <0 0 5) ,更优于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :MEBO对严重冻伤具有明显的治疗作用 ,可在临床放心使用

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of MEBO in treating severe chilblain. Method: Rabbit foot chilblain model was used in this experiment. The animals were divided randomly into 3 groups, Animals in group 1 served as a control, in group 2, rabbits were treated with tobramycin and in group 3, treated with MEBO. Results: MEBO was more efficacious than tobramycin in treating rabbit foot chilblain (P<0.05) and the result was also better than that of the control (P<0.01). Conclusion: MEBO has very marked efficacy in treating severe chilblain. |
