| 摘 要： | 本文报告雷公藤叶制剂——雷公藤总酯片(简称总酯)和雷公藤总酯微囊片(简称微囊)治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)32例的临床观察,旨在促进雷公藤地上部分药用的开发研究,探索疗效佳、毒副作用小的雷公藤制剂。结果表明:两组均能明显减轻 RA 患者关节肿痛,改善关节功能障碍,降低血沉。两组中以微囊组疗效略优,但无显著性差异。微囊组副作用发生率明显低于总酯组,提示微囊片是一种疗效较佳、毒副作用较小的雷公藤制剂。

| Abstract: | The effects of Triptergium Wilfordii(TW)leaf tablets on rheumatoid athritis(RA).were studied.Our purpose was to open up a new kind of TW tablets by the application of above ground parts of TW. 32 patients with RA were divided into two groups treated with TW total lipid tablet(or simply total lipid tablet)and the tablet of microen- capsulation of TW total lipid(or simply microencapsulation tablet)respec- tively.The results of reliving joint swelling and pain,improving the joint function and reducing ESR were found in all the patients. Comparing with TW total lipid tablets the tablet of microencapsulation had slightly higher curative rate and significantly lower side effects.Thus the further exploration of the above ground part of TW for medical applica- tion is worthwhile. |
