不同丙戊酸钠制剂治疗继发性癫痫的疗效评价

目的评价丙戊酸钠普通片剂和丙戊酸钠缓释片（德巴金）治疗继发性全身性癫痫的临床疗效。方法将47例明确诊断为继发癫痫患者随机分成丙戊酸钠普通片剂治疗组（丙戊酸钠组，n=22）和德巴金治疗组（n=25），治疗过程中动态观察患者的癫痫发作频率、脑电图变化及不良反应发生情况，随访3年。结果丙戊酸钠组患者治疗的有效率为54．54％，德巴金治疗组患者治疗的有效率为88％（P〈0．05）；较严重的不良反应在丙戊酸钠组出现较多。结论丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗继发性全身性癫痫的疗效优于丙戊酸钠普通片剂，而且不良反应较轻。

The curative effect evaluation of two formulations of valproic acid to secondary epilepsy

Objective To evaluate the curative effeet of two formulations of valproie acid to secondary epilepsy. Methods Selecting 47 eases of secondary epilepsy patients, divided them randomly into two groups, namely sodium valproate group （n = 22 ）and depakin ehrono group （sodium valproate sustained release, n = 25 ）, we investigate their change of onset frequency,electroencephalogram （EEG）and adverse effects, follow-up three years. Results The effective rate of valproate group is 54. 54%, while the effective rat of depakin ehrono group is 88 % （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; More serious adverse effects take place in the valproate group. Conclusion Curative effect of Depakin ehrono to secondary epilepsy is better than ordinary sodium valproat＇ s.
