脉冲反向谐波超声造影与增强螺旋CT诊断肝占位病变的比较

目的:探讨脉冲反向谐波超声造影与增强螺旋CT在肝占位病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,收集收治的肝占位病变患者的影像学资料,分析脉冲反向谐波超声造影与增强螺旋CT检查结果。结果:同一类型的肝占位病变的脉冲反向谐波超声造影与增强螺旋CT各时相增强情况均无明显差异,同时同类型肝占位性病变脉冲反向谐波超声造影与增强螺旋CT在动脉相增强的类型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脉冲反向谐波超声造影与增强螺旋CT对于肝脏占位性肿瘤的明确诊断,可以为指导临床有效治疗提供可靠的理论依据。

The comparison detection of focal liver lesions by pulse inversion harmonie imaging contrast ultrasound and contrast-enhanced CT

Objective To approach comparison detection of focal liver lesions by pulse inversion harmonie imaging contrast ultrasound and contrast-enhanced CT.Method To retrospectively analyze imageology data of focal liver lesions in our hospital,which was to examine by pulse inversion harmonie imaging ceontrast ultrasound and contrast-enhanced CT.Results The all phase reinforcement of same type focal liver lesions by pulse inversion harmonie imaging contrast ultrasound and contrast-enhanced CT had no difference,then the arterial phase accentuation of same type focal liver lesions by pulse inversion harmonie imaging contrast ultrasound and contrast-enhanced CT had no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The conclusive diagnosis of focal liver lesions by pulse inversion harmonie imaging contrast ultrasound and contrast-enhanced CT,which was to provide reliable theory for directing curing.
