| 摘 要： | 目的研究槲皮素（Quercetin,Que）在体外对人视网膜母细胞瘤（Retinoblastoma,RB）Y79细胞株的生长抑制和凋亡的影响。方法体外培养Y79细胞：在体外对Y79细胞经不同浓度槲皮素处理48h、72h后进行检测,用MTT法测定半数抑制浓度（IC50）,观察槲皮素的细胞毒性作用,用Hoechst33342/Pl双荧光染色观察细胞核形态变化。结果槲皮素在一定浓度范围内能明显抑制Y79细胞的生长,并存在剂量-效应关系;应用MTT法计算不同浓度槲皮素作用48h、72h的半数抑制浓度（IC50）是148μmol/L、115μmol/L。Hoechst33342/Pl双荧光染色可观察到明显核固缩、凝集等,细胞凋亡的形态学改变。结论槲皮素可使视网膜母细胞瘤Y79细胞增殖抑制和凋亡诱导。
