子宫输卵管碘油造影术对宫腔性病变致不孕症的诊断价值

目的：探讨子宫输卵管碘油造影对宫腔性病变所致不孕症诊断和治疗的临床意义。方法：不孕症妇女978例,年龄21～43岁,月经干净后3～7天在数字化胃肠机下行子宫输卵管碘油造影。根据宫腔性病变的不同大致分为3类。结果：诊断为子宫畸形67例,宫腔内粘连（包括子宫结核）115例,宫腔内占位（B超或手术证实为子宫肌瘤、肌腺瘤、息肉）13例。

Diagnosis of the Infertility Induced by Intrauterine Lesions with Hysterosalpingography

Objective:To analyze the value of hysterosalpingography in evaluating the intrauterine lesions of sterillity female.Methods:Radiographic manifestations of hysterosalpingography in 978 patients with age 21-43 years old.Hysterosalpingography of lipiodol operated by the digital gastrointestinal machine within 3-7 days after menstrual period.According to the difference of intrauterine lesions,it can broadly be divided into three categories.Results:Normal radiographic manifestations were found in 264 cases,with uterine malformation seen in 67 cases and intrauterine adhesions(including uterine TB) in 115 cases,intrauterine placeholder(confirmed with B-type ultrasonic inspection or surgery)in 13 cases.Conclusion Hysterosalpingography is accurate in diagnosing intertility due to intrauterine lesions and is important for guiding treatment.
