微创气管造口术在成人严重烧伤治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的 :探索快速、简便、安全的气管造口技术。方法 :将成人烧伤面积大于 3 0 %或三度烧伤大于 10 %患者 65例 ,分为传统气管切开组 (A组 )和微创气管穿刺造口组 (B组 ) ,A组按传统外科气管切开法施术。B组进行微创气管穿刺造口术。结果 :微创气管穿刺造口术在手术时间、术中出血量、创口愈合时间等方面均优于传统外科气管切开术。结论 :微创气管穿刺造口术可作为大面积烧伤早期急救的常规方法之一。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the quickest,easiest and safest method of producing openings in the trachea.Methods: Divide 65 adult burn-sufferers of over 30% burn area or third degree burn of over 10% sufferers into two groups.Group A is called the standard surgical tracheotomy group,in which all of the sufferers are operated by this commonly used tracheotomy,while group B is called the micro-wound trachea opening-producing group,in which they are operated by micro-wound trachea opening-producing method.Results: Micro-wound trachea opening-producing techique is much better than the traditional surgical tracheotomy in many aspects,such as operating time,bleeding amount during the operation,wound-healing time.Conclusion:Micro-wound trachea opening-producing technique can be used as one of the common used method in healing sufferers of large-area burns.
