注射用血栓通治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病相关肺动脉高压临床观察

目的观察注射用血栓通治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病相关肺动脉高压的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为2组,对照组给予规范化常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用注射用血栓通,14 d后比较2组临床疗效、肺动脉压及血气分析。结果对照组显效率为47%,治疗组为70%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组治疗后肺动脉压、血气分析各项指标均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论联合应用注射用血栓通能更有效地提高临床疗效,降低肺动脉压,改善血气分析。

Clinical observation of Xueshuantong injection on pulmonary arterial hypertension induced by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong injection on pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH) induced by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 60 cases of patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was given standardizing normal drugs,and the treatment group was added with Xueshuantong injection on the basis treatment above.Clinical effect,pulmonary artery pressure and blood gas analysis were compared between the two groups after 14 days.Results The excellence rate was 47% in control group,70% in treatment group.Compared with each other,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Indexes of pulmonary artery and blood gas analysis were all improved obviously after treatment in both groups,especially in treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination with Xueshuantong injection can more effectively increase the clinical effect,low down pulmonary artery pressure and improve blood gas analysis.
