流行性腮腺炎并发心肌损害46例临床分析

目的了解流行性腮腺炎并发心肌损害的临床特点。方法回顾分析46例流行性腮腺炎并发心肌损害的临床资料,对其临床表现及预后进行分析。结果流行性腮腺炎并发心肌损害无明显胸闷、胸痛、气短等症状,主要表现为心电图异常和心肌酶增高,治疗后心电图复查均无异常。结论腮腺炎病毒感染常合并心肌损害,应加强对流行性腮腺炎心肌损害的早检查、早发现,早期合理治疗,以减少并发症引起的不良后果。

Clinical Analysis of Mumps With Myocardial Impairment of 46 Cases

Objective To understand the clinical features of mumps with myocardial injury.Methods The clinical datas of 46 patients with mumps with myocardial injury were retrospectively analyzed,and the clinical manifestations and prognosis were also analyzed.Results There were no significant chest pain,shortness of breath and other symptoms,the main manifestations were ECG abnormalities and increased myocardial enzyme,after the treatment ECG review had no abnormity.Conclusion The mumps virus infections often merge myocardial injury,it is should that strengthen early examination,early detection and early treatment of mumps myocardial injury,so as to reduce the complications of negative consequences.
