| 摘 要： | 目的调查医院住院患者退药情况。方法收集我院2006年2月～12月间的退药申请单共759张,按退药原因和种类进行统计分析。结果退药情况多见于药物不良反应、患者出院、患者死亡等;退药品种以抗生素类和心血管类药物居多。结论药品规范亟待加强。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the hospitalized patients' returning drugs and analyze the reasons. Methods The reasons of 759 returning drugs in hospitalized patients from 2006. 2 to 2006. 12 were classified and analyzed. Results The reasons of patients'returning drugs were drug adverse reaction,discharge,death and so on. The main drugs returned were antibiotics and angiocardiopathy drugs . Conclusion The standard of drugs need to be enhanced urgently. |
