中药保留灌肠结合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床研究

目的:探讨中药保留灌肠结合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效对照研究。方法:随机选取498例慢性盆腔炎患者用中药保留灌肠结合微波理疗为观察组,452例慢性盆腔炎患者以抗生素治疗为对照组,连续治疗2~3个疗程后比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治愈273例(54.82%),显效110例(22.09%),好转68例(13.65%),无效47例(9.44%),总有效率为90.56%;对照组治愈89例(19.69%),显效75例(16.59%),好转182例40.27%),无效106例(23.45%),总有效率为76.55%。两组治愈率、总有效率相比较差异有显著意义。结论:中药保留灌肠结合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎是一种操作简便,既安全又有效的治疗方法,其效果优于抗生素治疗,值得推广应用。

Study on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease using retention enema with Chinese traditional medicine and microwave therapy

Objective: To study the effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease using retention enema of Chinese traditional medicine and microwave therapy.Methods: Patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly selected as study group(n=498 cases)and control group(n=452cases);patients in study group were treated by combining retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine and microwave therapy;patients in control group were treated using antibiotics;the efficacy between the two groups was compared after 2 to 3 therapeutic courses.Results: In the study group,cured 273 cases(54.82%),effective in 110 cases(22.09%),improved 68 cases(13.65%),invalid in 47 cases(9.44%),the total effectual rate was 90.56 %.In the control group,cured 89 cases(19.69%),effective in 75 cases(16.59%),improved 182 cases(40.27%),invalid in 106 cases(23.45%),the total effectual rate was 76.55 %.Compared the two groups with cured rate and total effectual rate,there were significant differences.Conclusion: Treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease using retention enema of Chinese traditional medicine combining with microwave therapy is a simple,safe and effective method,which effect is superior to that of the antibiotic,it's worth being applied broadly.
