| 摘 要： | 目的观察氯诺昔康与吗啡镇痛对开胸术后患者肺功能的影响。方法开胸手术患者40例，平均分为治疗组和对照组，比较两组术后24、48、72h呼吸功能指标。结果治疗组术后24、48h的FVC％、FEV1％和FEV1／FVC和明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），PaC02明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），而Pa02和P（A—a）O2无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论氯诺昔康与吗啡镇痛用于开胸术后患者可改善其肺功能。
