摘    要:医院开展“医疗服务质量万里行”是通过对出院患者入户走访、跟踪调查,了解病人及陪护家庭在医院期间的亲身感受,广泛收集他们对医务人员医疗质量、服务质量的反映,力求掌握真实可靠的第一手资料,以便开展有针对性的管理工作,不断提高医疗服务质量。文章从“医疗服务质量万里行”的目的、方式方法、结果分析处理三个方面进行了探讨。

Abstract:In an effort to help managers team to perform their work effectively as well as efficiently, this hospital is engaged in on going management development activities, such as patient home visit among other follow - up investigations, so that communication can he extended beyond merely delivering a questionnaire to include : truly listening to clients ideas , problems, concerns, and soliciting their recommendations about ways in which hospital serivce contributions may be more ideal; allowing much more scope for depth in respondents' answers and not giving any sort of framework onto the respondents' ways of answering questions; jointly forming good ideas about how to adapt to increased competition, far reaching technological and social changes, major industry and organizational restructuring, greater interdependencies, increased accountability to government, the public, and service clients.
