| 摘 要： | 目的 评价经鹰嘴入路手术治疗肱骨髁间骨折的优缺点。方法 采用经鹰嘴后入路 ,切开复位 ,人字形钢板内固定手术治疗肱骨髁间骨折共 34例 ,其中 T形骨折 2 0例 ;Y形骨折 7例 ;粉碎骨折 7例 ,鹰嘴人为骨折以张力带固定。结果 骨折在术后 6～ 11周愈合 ,平均 7.5周。术后随访 4～ 18个月 ,平均 10个月。疗效 :优 ,2 2例 ;良 ,9例 ;中 ,2例 ;差 ,1例。结论 经鹰嘴入路手术治疗肱骨髁间骨折是一种疗效较好的方法 ,它利于充分暴露骨折 ,进行固定 ,对保留远断端血运有利。但要人为造成鹰嘴骨折 ,对手术技巧要求较高。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of the approach of olecranonotomy on the humeral intercondylar fracture.Methods The approach of olecranonotomy was used to treat 34 cases of humeral intercondylar fractures.The tension band fixated the artificial fracture of olecranon.Results Follow up from 4 months to 18 months,average 10 months.Excellent 22 cases;good 9 cases;fair 2 cases;bad 1 case.Conclusion The approach of olecranonotomy on humeral intercondylar fractures is a good treatment method although there is a disadvantage which the olecranonotomy be done. |
