| 摘 要： | 目的制定出青蒿的最佳采收时间。方法用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定不同生长采收期青蒿素的含量。结果经实验测定,青蒿素的含量8月份最高,8月前随生长采收期的延长逐渐增高,8月后逐渐降低。结论如果以青蒿素含量的提取为目的,青蒿的最佳采收期为8月份。

| Abstract: | Objective To constitute the best time to harvest the Artemisa Annua.Methods HPLC method to measure the content of Artemisinin in different growth and harvest period.Results By the experiment,the time of the highest content of Artemisinin was in August,before which the content increased with the ertension of growth and harvest period,after that,it conducted.Conclusion The optimal harvest time of Artemisinin is in August. |
