摘    要:<正> 人工半合成黄酮化合物——羟乙基芦丁是将芦丁的3′、4′、7位酚羟基上的H以不同数目羟乙基所取代的混合物,从而增加水溶性,降低毒性,并具有新的药理特性。


THE PHARMACOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF TRIOXYETHYLRUTIN
Abstract:This article presents the results of a study on the pharmacological effects of Trioxyethylrutin(Paroven). The effects of histamin on the enhancement of capillary permeabitity in mice were antagonized by pretreatment with parven ip 0.5g/kg/day×15 or po 2.5g/kg/day×15. Paroven markedly inhibited the experimental thrombosis in rat and the blood platelet aggregation induced by ADP in vitro.In membrame stabilizing effect on RBC under the action of saponin, the paroven(0.2mg/ml) is better than hydrocortison (0.5mg/ml). These results indicated that parven may be of value to be tried in the treatment of thromb-embolic disease.
