| 摘 要： | 目的客观了解岳阳中西医结合医院普外科择期手术中的抗生素应用状况。方法由医院信息中心汇总2003年9月至2004年2月间的普外科择期手术者，并分析其抗生素应用的品种、时间、费用等情况。结果265例患者的99．25%应用抗生素，平均应用时间为8．1d，人均费用为318．53元，抗生素的品种以阿莫维酸钾、左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑、头孢哌酮钠等为主。结论该院普外科择期手术患者抗生素使用率高、种类较单一，使用时间较合理，费用控制较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the conditions of administering antibiotics in surgical patients in TCM hospital.Methods The antibiotics' variety,administration period and cost were analyzed in the surgical patients between September of 2003 and February of 2004.Results 99.25% of 265 patients had received antibiotics for average 8.1 days and at the cost of 318.53 RMB yuan;the frequent antibiotics were Amoxicillin,Levofloxacin,Metronidazole and Cefoperazone.Conclusion The hospital applies antibiotics more frequently,with fewer varieties,reasonable period and fair cost. |
