摘    要:目的:检测Versican有小鼠牙根发育期牙髓组织中的表达,探讨其在牙根发育过程中的作用。方法:制备小鼠磨牙牙根各发育阶段标本,用免疫组织化学方法检测Versican核心蛋白及其硫酸软骨素多糖链有牙根发育期间牙髓组织中的表达与分布。结果:Versican在小鼠磨牙上皮根鞘、切牙根尖牙乳头区域的牙髓细胞增生活跃区表达明显;在牙本质、前期牙本质以及已分化的成牙本质细胞所在区域无表达,而在其深层具有分化潜能的牙髓细胞则强表达;同时其在牙髓组织中的表达随着小鼠牙根发育的成熟而逐渐减少。结论:Versican在牙根发育期间的牙髓组织中呈时间-空间特异性模式表达,它可能与牙根的发育与成熟有关。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the expression of Versican in the dental pulp during the tooth root development. Methods: Different growing stages of the teeth roots of the first mandibular molars and incisors of mouse were used in this study. The expression of Versiean core protein and its chondroitin sulfate glucosaminoglycan (CS-GAG) chains were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression intensity of Versican varied in accordance with different stages of the root development, and were intensely expressed in the area where proliferation cells located such as Hertwig' s epithelial root sheath (HERS), the proliferational layer in the dental pulp cell and the apical bud of the incisors. No expression of Versican was revealed in the dentin and predentin, as well as in the differentiated odontoblast cells. Versican was expressed strongly in the subodotoblast cell layers, and it subsided gradually in the dental pulp with the mature of the root development. Conclusion: Versican in the dental pulp may play a temporal-spatial specific pattern related to the maturation process of tooth root development.
