| 摘 要： | 目的:提高穿透性心脏损伤早期诊断和治疗水平.方法:回顾性分析近20年收治的 21例心脏穿透性损伤病历资料,包括临床分型、病理解剖、治疗方法和结果.结果:21例心脏穿透性损伤中,心包填塞型易发生于有前纵隔血肿形成的病例.合并血胸的心脏损伤病例术前补液量明显多于心包填塞型病例.全部病例无死亡.结论:尽早适当补充血容量有助于提高合并血胸的心脏损伤患者抢救成功率.

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the early diagnosis and treatment of penetrating wounds of the heart.Method: 21 cases of heart trauma in the last 20 years were retrospectively studied in clinical types,pathological anatomy,treatments and outcome.Result: In the 21 cases of penetrating wounds of the heart,pericardial tamponade tended to occur in the patients with hematom of anterior mediastinum.The patients with hemathorax received preoperative fluid replacement more than those with pericardial tamponade.After operation,all patients survived.Conclusion: Preoperative proper transfusion is beneficial to rescue cardiac injures with hemathorax. |
