| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管癌（EC）细胞周期同化疗疗效之间的关系。方法采用流式细胞术对43例食管癌进行了细胞周期分析和DNA倍体分析；采用PFL方案对患者进行不少于2个周期的化疗，并采用RECIST标准评估化疗疗效。结果病情部分缓解和稳定组与病情进展组的DNA倍体分析结果相比较，差异有显著性意义（P=0．021）；病情部分缓解和稳定组与病情进展组的S期比率和PI具有显著性差异。结论流式细胞学细胞周期分析结果与化疗疗效之间有一定相关性，可用来初步预测晚期食管癌化疗疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigage the relationship between esophageal cancer cell cycle and chemotherapy efficacy.Methods:Flow-cytometry was used to analyse the cell cycle and DNA ploidy of 43 cases of advanced esophageal cancer, and PFL chemotherapy regimen was used to treat these esophageal cancer patients, the chemotherapeutic effect and side effect were evaluated after 2 cycles of chemotherapy. Results:There were significant difference between PR SD cases and PD cases in S phase rate and PI respectively(P<0.05).The DNA ploidy analysis results had significant difference when the PR and SD groups compared to the PD group(P<0.05) Conclusion:Analysis of cell cycle by flow-cytometry may be used to primarily predict the chemotherapy effect of esophageal cancer patients and can be a complementary technology to the EC personal chemotherapy. |
