| Abstract: | Radiofrequency catheter ablation was performed in four adults with myocardial dysfunction related to repetitive monomorphic ventricular tachycardia (RMVT) originating in the right ventricular outflow tract. Serial echocardiographic assessment of left ventricular function before and after radiofrequency catheter ablation of RMVT showed complete reversal of left ventricular dysfunction without arrhythmia recurrence during 31+/-28 months follow-up. |
