摘 要: | 鼻腔给药具有生物利用度高、起效快、无损伤性、使用方便等特点,成为制剂领域的研究热点;鼻腔与脑部的生理联系,使鼻腔给药成为有效治疗脑部疾病的一种新途径。鼻腔给药存在的最大问题是大分子药物的促吸收和鼻粘膜纤毛毒性问题。本文结合鼻腔的生理特点,综述了近年来鼻腔给药的研究进展。

Abstract: | For its high bioavailability, rapid effectiveness, little injury to the body and convenient administration, nasal administration had become one hot spot for research in area of pharmaceutics. Nasal cavity had characteristic structure with brain, so nasal administration had become a new way to brain. The biggest problem of nasal administration were absorption enhancement and cilium toxicity. This article reviewed the progress in the research for nasal administration for the past few years. |
