复方甘草甜素对结核药物性肝炎的预防作用研究

目的探讨复方甘草甜素对抗结核药物性炎的预防作用。方法采用前瞻性研究,对我中心2004年1月~2004年12月肺结核的48例住院患者随机分为处理组和对照组,前者予复方甘草甜素和抗结核药物联合治疗,后者进行常规抗痨治疗,观察药物性肝炎的发病情况。结果处理组加用复方甘草甜素后,24例肺结核患者发生药物性肝炎1例,对照组发生药物性肝炎6例,此6例结核药物性肝炎发生于强化期,表现为乏力、恶心、呕吐、纳差、黄疸、腹胀、肝痛,两组发病率分别为4.2%和25%。结论复方甘草甜素可有效预防结核药物性肝炎。

Preventive effect of glycyrrhizin on the hepatitis resulted from antituberculous drugs

Objective To explore the preventive effect of glycyrrhizin on the hepatitis suffered from anti-tuberculous drugs.Methods Prospective study was adopted.Fourty-eight inpatients suffered from hepatitis resulted from anti-tuberculous drugs during Jan,2004 and Dec,2004 were randomly sorted out into treatment group and control group.The former was treated with glycyrrhizin combined with anti-tuberculous drugs,but the latter was treated with routine anti-tuberculous drugs.Occurrence to the hepatitis suffered from antituberculous drugs waws observed.Results Only one of 24 cases in the treatment group was suffered from the hepatitis.Otherwise,6 of 24 cases in the control grpup were suffered from the hepatitis.The incidence of anti-tuberculous drugs' hepatitis from the two grpups is 4.2% or 25%,respectively.The six inpatients of hepatitis occurred during the enhanced period,which the clinical manifestations were followed as tireduness,nausea,vomit,icerus,windy feeling,pin in liver.Conclusion Glycyrrhizin might play a role in the preventon from anti-tubercvulous drugs' hpatitis.
