实验用小型猪主动脉解剖学研究

摘    要:目的解剖实验用小型猪主动脉及主要分支,为动物模型的构建提供解剖学依据。方法采用大体解剖方法解剖实验用小型猪20头。结果小型猪主动脉弓部向头颈部分支为左、右无名动脉;双侧颈内动脉均来自右无名动脉,故右无名动脉对脑底供血十分重要;双侧有沿脊柱向尾侧走行的折返动脉;胸主动脉背侧由胸6至胸14平面共发出8条肋间动脉,为胸腰脊髓的主要供血动脉;无腰大动脉。结论实验用小型猪主动脉分支及脊髓供血动脉与人类相似,但无在人类十分重要的腰大动脉,应用小型猪可以构建主动脉手术所致脊髓缺血的动物模型。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE We dissect the main branches of the experiment mini-pig's aorta for the anatomy information of animal model.METHODS Use the methods of gross anatomy to dissect the experiment mini-pig.RESULTS The branches of aortic arch are the left and right innominate artery in pate of mini-pig.Because two internal carotid arteries come from the right innominate artery,the right innominate artery is very important for the blood supply of the pavimentum cerebri.The inverted arteries walk along the spine.There are 8 intercostal arteries come from the back of thoracic aorta,the interval is from T6 to T14.The intercostal artery is the important blood supply artery of spinal cord.The mini-pig have not the Adamkiewicz's artery.CONCLUSION The main branches of the mini-pig's aorta and the blood supply artery of mini-pig's spine is similar as the human's.The mini-pig have not the Adamkiewicz's artery,which is very important for human.Using the mini-pig,we can construct the animal model of the ischemic spinal cord due to the operation of aorta.
