摘    要:目的分析泌尿道感染患儿尿培养病原菌的分布及耐药性。方法对2008年1月至2009年1月入院的300例患者的832份尿样,进行尿病原菌的培养,进行微生物鉴定和药敏系统进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果尿培养标本832份,共分离到病原菌149株,阳性率为17.91%。其中革兰阳性菌占20.81%;革兰阴性菌占75.84%;真菌5株,占3.36%。结论泌尿道感染患儿的尿培养病原菌仍以大肠埃希菌为主,并且多重耐药情况较为常见,临床应根据本地区的病原菌流行情况及耐药规律制定最佳的经验治疗方案。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the distribution of pathogens and antibiotic resistance of urinary tract infection in children. Methods Pathogens from 832 urine samples of 300 patients were identified by VITEK - 32 automated microbial system. Results One hundred and forty nine strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 832 urine samples, and the positive rate was 17.91%. Gram positive cocci were accounted for 20. 81%, Gram negative bacilli accounted for 75.84% , and fungi accounted for 3.36%. Conclusion E. coli is the main pathogen in urine culture of children with urinary tract infection, and it is usually muhidrug resistant. It is important for reasonable use of antibiotics according to distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogens.
