| 摘 要： | 〔目的〕 研究毒鼠强快速化学定性、定量检测方法。〔方法〕 采用苯、或丙酮提取样品中的毒鼠强，以硫酸－变色酸或盐酸苯肼法定性，硫酸－变色酸法定量。〔结果〕 检测下限达０．５μｇ／５．０ｍｌ，线性范围为０．５￣１０μｇ／５．０ｍｌ，相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９４，相对标准偏差ＲＳＤ为１．０￣４．９％，党风阴阳离子不干扰，回收率达９５％以上。〔结论〕 该法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高，经济、实用性强、是一种较为理想的毒鼠强检测方法。
