| 摘 要： | 目的 研究凝血酶原基因20210G→A突变与中国人群脑血栓形成的关系。方法 应用PCR-RFLP分析方法，检测了80名脑血栓患者和80名健康对照者的凝血酶原基因20210位的突变情况。结果 在所有研究对象中均未发现凝血酶原基因20210G→A突变。结论 中国人群凝血酶原20210A等位基因频率极低，20210G→A突变不是中国人群脑血栓形成的危险因子。
