微小切口辅助经皮肾输尿管镜治疗无积液肾铸形结石

目的探讨采用微小切口经皮肾输尿管镜治疗无积液肾铸形结石的临床可行性、优缺点及微创效果。方法经由腋后线第11肋间做微小切口,直接穿刺肾后盏,行PCNL治疗。结果31例病人穿刺准确,减少反复穿刺,疗效确切,无1例出现误穿,并发症少。结论微小切口辅助的PCNL术在治疗无积液肾铸形结石有一定优势,微创效果良好。
