| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝硬化患者红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法：应用免疫学技术测定３１例肝硬化患者红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体（Ｃ３ｂＲ）花环试验和免疫复合物花环试验（ＩＣ）及红细胞免疫粘附（ＲＣＩＡ）调节因子（ＲＣＩＡ促进因子和ＲＣＩＡ抑制因子）活性的测定，，并与３５名健康者作对照。结果：肝硬化患者Ｃ３ｂＲ花环率低于正常组，而ＩＣ花环率高于正常组，ＲＣＩＡ抑制活性明显高于正常组。结论：测定肝硬化患者的红细胞免疫功能，对了解

| Abstract: | ?Objective:To study the change of red immune function in patients with hepatocirrhosis.Methods:C3bR rosette,immune complex(IC) rosette,activity of red cell immune adhesion regulation factors(RCIA) including promotive and inhibitory factors were measused in 31 cases with hepatocirrhosis and 35 normal controls.Results:C3bR in patients was lower than that in normal controls,but both the IC rossette and activity of RCIA inhibitory factors in patients were higher than those in the normal controls( P <0.01 and P <0.01).Conclusions:The result shows that the detection of red cell immune function has important value in understanding the immune state of hepatocirrhotic patients. |
