经直肠超声引导下穿刺活检诊断前列腺结核

目的：探讨经直肠超声引导下穿刺活检诊断前列腺结核的临床价值。方法：回顾分析774例疑诊为前列腺癌经直肠超声引导下穿刺活检后病理证实的6例前列腺结核的临床资料。结果：6例前列腺结核病灶中5例位于外腺，1例弥漫分布；5例病灶为低回声，1例为囊实混合回声，难以同前列腺癌或其它炎性病灶鉴别。其中4例病灶在穿刺前未明确诊断，后经直肠超声引导下穿刺活检诊断为前列腺结核。结论：经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检安全性好、准确性高，是诊断前列腺结核的有效方法之一。

Transrectal Ultrasound Guided Biopsies in Diagnosis of Prostate Tuberculosis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical si gnificance of trasrectal ultrasound guided biopsies in prostate tuberculotic.Methods:The clinical data of 6 prostate tuberculotic were analyzed from 774 suspicious prostatic cancer with the transrectal ultrasound g uided biopsies of the prostate.Results:In 6 tuberculotic lesions of the prostate,5 lesion s were located in the peripheral zone of prostate,the another one was diffuse;5 lesi ons were low echoic and the another one showed mixed echoes of cystic and solid All the lesions were difficult in differential diagnosis with prostate cancer or ot her inflamed lesions;4 lesions of them were not diagnosed before biops es guided by transrectal ultrasound.Conclusions:The transr ectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the prostate possesses the advantages of accuracy and safety It is one of effe ctive methods in the diagnosis of prostate tuberculosis.
