| 摘 要： | 观察测量了33具成人尸体(男22,女11)心脏的大小和卵圆窝的大小、厚度以及由卵圆窝向周围几个方向延长切口的长度及切缘的厚度,并对各延长切口的应用进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The interatrial septum and the oval fossa were observed and the lengths ofseveral surgical incisions on the interatrial septum were measured on 33 hearts ofadult cadavers. In combination with the positions of the diseases, the merits anddemerits of each incision were outlined, and the choice and management of theincisions in clinical surgery were discussed. |
