菌痢感染因素的病例对照研究

摘    要:本文应用配对病例对照研究,对安徽省凤阳县人群菌痢感染因素调查的数据进行了分析,结果显示,人群中有饮食摊点就餐史、喝生水、饭前、便后不洗手者ORMH值分别达到4.19、2.30、2.85、2.65,有较高的感染相对危险度。应用ORMH定量测定致病因素与疾病的联系可收到较好的流行病学分析效果

Abstract:Data of dysentery infection factors from Feng Yang County, Anhui Province were analyzed using case-control study. OR MH of people who have habits of eating at snack counters, drinking unboiled water, no washing hands before dinner or after defecation reached 4.19, 2.30, 2.85, 2.65 respectively. The results indicated that these people are easier to infect dysentery. A more wonderful analysis effect of epidemiology could be achieved using OR MH to analyze the relationship between infection factors and diseases.
