强化质控管理模式对血站一针穿刺成功率及满意度的影响

目的 探究强化质控管理模式对血站一针穿刺成功率及满意度的影响。方法 选取2019年12月至2020年2月苏州市中心血站献血屋565人作为对照组，2020年3月至2020年5月该献血屋1 356人作为观察组。对照组实施常规质控管理，观察组实施强化质控管理模式，比较两组献血者一针穿刺成功率、健康教育覆盖率以及献血者满意度。结果 观察组一针穿刺成功率、健康教育覆盖率以及献血者满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 将强化质控管理模式应用于血站采供血工作中，可有效提高一针穿刺成功率、健康教育覆盖率与献血者满意度，具有重要价值。

Effect of strengthening quality control management mode on success rate and satisfaction of one needle puncture in blood station

Objective To investigate the effects of strengthening quality control management model used in blood banks and its a rate of needle satisfaction. Methods A total of 1338 blood donors from the blood station of our hospital from December 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each with 669 cases. The control group implemented routine quality control management, and the observation group implemented an enhanced quality control management model to compare the one-needle puncture rate, health education coverage rate and blood donor satisfaction between the two groups of blood donors. Results The one-needle puncture rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the health education coverage rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the blood donor satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of enhanced quality control management model to blood collection and supply work in blood stations can effectively increase the one-needle puncture rate and health education coverage rate, and is of great significance for improving the satisfaction of blood donors.
