奎硫平联用帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效

目的:探讨奎硫平联用帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的效果。方法:将63例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给予奎硫平联用帕罗西汀(联用组)与帕罗西汀(对照组)治疗8周,以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定临床疗效,以副反应量表(TESS)和相关实验室检查评定副反应。结果:治疗结束时两组HAMD和HAMA的评分均显著降低,尤以联用组明显,TESS评分各周差异均不明显。结论:奎硫平联用帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效优于单纯使用帕罗西汀,且耐受性好。

Comparative analysis of quetiapine combined with paroxitine in the treatment of depression

Object: To explore the effect of quetiapine combined with paroxitine in the treatment of depression.Methods: 72 patients with depression were randomly assigned into two groups.One group was treated with quetiapine combined with paroxitine and the other group with paroxitine alone for 8 weeks.The efficacy was evaluated with HAMD and HAMA,and the side effects with TESS and related lab tests.Results: After treatment,the score rates of HAMD,HAMA for the two groups of patients were all significantly decreased,especially for the patients treated by combination of quetiapine with paroxitine.It showed no difference between the two groups on weekly TESS scores.Conclusion: Using a combination of quetiapine and paroxitine to treat depression has a much better effect than merely using paroxitine alone,and the former treatment was well tolerated.
