| 摘 要： | 选糖尿病胃轻瘫患者40例，在常规治疗糖尿病的基础上，采用内服中药以疏肝理气，降逆化痰，滋养胃阴，配合口服西沙比利，结果：显效28例，有效9例，无效3例，总有效率为92．5％（95％的可信区间为73％－98％）。

| Abstract: | Forty cases of gastroparesis were treated with combined TCM and WM, including soothing the liver and regulating the circulation of qi, checking upward adverse flow of the lung to resolve phlegm, nourishing yin of stomach. Result: 28 cases were remarkably effective, 9 effective, 3 ineffective and the total effective rate was 92.5%(95% CI=73%-98%). |
