| 摘 要： | 目的：总结湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗烧伤感染创面的疗效。方法：对2004年12月至2006年12月80例烧伤感染创面采用MEBO湿润暴露治疗。结果：76例患者治愈，4例植皮而愈，随访瘢痕发生率为26．7％。结论：MEBO能促使上皮细胞生长，对烧伤感染创面有良好治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the clinical effect of MEBO in treating infectious burns wounds. Method： Applying MEBT/MEBO to 80 cases with infectious burns wounds from December 2004 to December 2006. Results： 76 cases got healed, 4 cases reached healing by means of skingrafting. Following up, scar incidence rate was 26. 7%. Conclusion： MEBO can promote epithelial cell growth, and has good therapeutic action on infectious burns wounds. |
