| 摘 要： | 选用ＳＤ雌性大鼠４７只，用６－羟基多巴胺（６－ＯＨＤＡ）注入右侧中脑被盖腹侧黑质内侧端，损毁黑质。分别于术后２、４、６、和８周用阿朴吗啡（０．ｍｇ／ｋｇ）诱发旋转，平均转速大于７圈／ｍｉｎ，并经生理心理学行为测试合格者为成功模型。结果，模型成功率达４８．９４％（２３只）。从成功模型中选取动物，在术后２周、１个月、２个月作灌注固定，制作脑组织标本漂片、冰冻切片及振切片。发现酷氨酸羟化酶（ＴＨ）阳性细

| Abstract: | n this paper, the effect of the Chinese traditional medicine-SXT onthe hematological and immunological functions of sublethally irradiated micewas studied. The results indicated that SXT can significantly accelerate theproliferation and differentiation of stem cells,increase the blood cell countsand the number of mononuclear cells in bone marrow and spleen.The resultsalso showed that SXT can improve the recovery of immunological functionsincluding the activities of T lymphocyte, B lymphocyte, macrophage andthe production of IL-2. |
