| 摘 要： | 了解双腔起搏 (DDD)患者右心耳起搏 (RAA)方式对心房电机械延迟 (AEMD)的影响。对 2 1例置入DDD的患者 ,用M型超声心动图结合同步心电图分别测量DDD方式及心房感知心室起搏 (VDD)方式下的AEMD。结果 :RAA起搏与窦性节律比较 ,AEMD明显增加 ,其中P波起始至中央纤维体 (CFB)运动发生的时间增加 2 8± 4ms、至CFB最大收缩振幅出现的时间增加 42± 3ms、至左房侧壁 (LLA)运动发生的时间增加 35± 5ms、至LLA最大收缩振幅出现的时间增加 34± 4ms (所有P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :DDD患者右心耳起搏能明显增加AEMD

| Abstract: | To assess the effect of right atrial appendage (RAA)pacing on atrial electromechanical delay(AEMD)by echocardiography,21 patients with DDD pacemakers were examined by M mode echocardiogram and simultaneous ECG to measure AEMD in DDD and VDD mode.Results:Compared to sinus rhythm,AEMD obviously increased in RAA pacing,the time from onset of P wave or atrial pacing spike on ECG to the onset of atrial contraction on M mode echogram increased 28±4 ms at the central fibrous body (CFB),42±3 ms at maxiumal shortening amplitude of CFB (P MsCFB),35±5 ms at the lateral site of left atrum (P LLA),34±4 ms at maxiumal shortening amplitude of LLA (P LLA) (all P <0.001).Conclusions:RAA pacing increased AEMD in patients with DDD pacemakers. |
