前列舒乐分散片生产工艺的研究

目的：研究前列舒乐分散片的生产工艺。方法：以淫羊藿苷为考察指标,对前列舒乐分散片的工艺进行筛选,分散片需要有较好的分散性和好的口感,通过调整辅料的品种和用量可以保证本品的质量。结果：由于分散片具有吸收快,起效迅速,生物利用度高等特点,因而其疗效相对优于普通片剂,克服了普通中药片剂随着储存时间延长崩解时限延长的问题。结论：本品口感好,服用方便。

Study on Production Process of Qianlieshule Dispersing Tablets

Objective：To study the production process.Methods：To analyze the production process by studying HPLC Determination of Icarrin in Qianlieshule Dispersing Tablets.The quality of Qianlieshule Dispersing Tablets with better dispersion property and palatability must be avouched.Results：the tablets are featured as fast absorption,rapit onset and high relative bioavailability which are superior to those of conventional tablets whose drawback can not be solved,in addition, Qianlieshule Dispersing Tablets is nice on taste and niddot storing.Conclusion：it is feasible to test Paracetamol by Valiuation of Microbial Limit Method.
